Our coaches are CrossFit® L1 and L2 certified, holding qualifications in personal training, fitness, nutrition and first aid. Always ready to motivate and offer advice, our team will acquaint you with our state of the art CrossFit® equipment, gym and facilities. Our newly refurbished CrossFit® box has been carefully thought out to provide you the best experience possible.
Melissa is an ex-collegiate level gymnast, 4 time CrossFit Games Regional Competitor, a wife, and new mother. But most of she is a coach and finds her purpose in the success of the people she coaches.
Kevin is an avid surfer and CrossFitter. He started doing CrossFit in 2010 while CrossFit Surf City was still a Garage Gym and has engrained the practice into his lifestyle ever since.
Courtney began her Crossfit journey in 2013 at Crossfit Surf City. After playing basketball for 8 years she comes from a competitive background and enjoys doing local Crossfit competitions. As she has grown over the years as an athlete, she has found such a passion for health/fitness and helping others to reach their own goals.
